Eric comes to us from Bermuda Run Country Club, East and West Clubhouses. Before Bermuda Run, he was here at High Point Country Club, where he served as the Executive Chef as well as overseeing the kitchen operations at Willow Creek Country Club and the Country Club of Salisbury. Before his country club experience, he was the Chef at Ombu Wood Fired Fusion & Nobles Grille here in Winston-Salem. He received his culinary training at the Scottsdale Culinary Institute in Scottsdale, Arizona. From there, he moved on to Chicago and Washington D.C., where he gained knowledgeable food and beverage experience in some of the finest hotels in the country. Having lived in many different areas of the United States, he and his wife, Darla have fallen in love with the Winston-Salem area and canít imagine a better place to raise their daughter, Katie.
