Food and Beverage Director
Monica Miller began her position as Food & Beverage Director at HPCC in 2015. Monica is a member of the Club Management Association of America. With over 30 years experience, she has a varied and diverse background including previous experience as a Clubhouse Manager at Colonial CC, Dir. of Facilities for Quaintance-Weaver Restaurants & Hotels and multiple restaurant management positions. Monicaís previous restaurant experience is extensive and includes some of the Triadís finest (Green Valley Grill, Printworks, Lucky 32 and Grandover Resort). Most recently, she was instrumental in helping HPCC receive its first ever Wine Spectator Award of Excellence. She is from Thomasville, NC.
