Rules & Regulations

• No standing on the pool furniture.
• No profanity is to be used at the pool.
• All Children in diapers are required to wear “Pool Pal” or equivalent swim diapers. No regular diapers allowed. Non-Compliance in this policy will result in member fines, and continuous violations may lead to pool area suspension. Infractions: $100 for the first offence; $250 for the second offence; 30 day suspension of pool privileges for the third offence.
• No Children under 10 years of age will be allowed in the pool area without proper supervision. Any child left unsupervised at the pool must pass a swim test.
• No personal music devices are permitted unless using earpieces. Music will be provided by the Club sound system.
• Smoking/Vaping is not allowed in the pool area at any time.
• Absolutely NO outside FOOD or DRINKS can be brought into the pool area at any time.
• Club staff reserves the right to inspect “carry in bags”.
• Please do not converse with or otherwise distract the lifeguards.
• To keep our pool area neat and clean, please clean up after yourself and your children.
• No jean cut-offs allowed in the pool and bathing attire must be family appropriate.
• No pool attire is permitted in the main clubhouse.
• No flotation devices will be allowed in the pool or pool area except: water wings and noodles. The Club may provide a limited number of tube style floats and or kickboards for complementary use by members.
• There will be a 10 minute rest period each hour for children under the age of 18.
• Non Swimmers cannot use the slide or diving boards.

Guest Policy

We love for you to share your Club with family, friends and neighbors!

In Town Guests (live within 50 mile radius)
• Must be accompanied by a member
• Welcome any day except Holidays (Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day)
• 25 years or older are limited to a maximum of 2 visits per month
• In Town Guests will pay a fee of $10 per person per visit

Out of Town Guests (live outside 50 miles)
• Must be accompanied by a member
• Welcome 7 days a week and Holidays
• Are allowed unlimited visits
• Out of Town Guests will pay a fee of $10 per person per visit

Grandchild of Member
• Must be accompanied by a member
• Ages 24 and under are allowed 7 days per week and Holidays at no charge
• Ages 25 and older will follow In Town or Out of Town Guest Policy and Fees

Babysitters
• Babysitters for member’s children must be a minimum of 14 years old
• There is no fee when acting in lieu of parent/guardian member
