A gathering of friends every summer
Water Aerobics has many benefits in the cool pool with our beautiful new Pool Deck and Ross Grill and Patio surrounding us. It is a fabulous workout for both cardio and strength training in the pool. There are so many benefits to the pool workout so consider trying it this summer.
Our Swim Team, HPCC Sharks, competes with other local clubs and organizations in the area. Each year children and grandchildren of High Point Country Club can join the Sharks to train and compete during the months of June and July. There are 5 Swim Meets and a City Championship Meet. The swim team serves High Point Country Club members by promoting a recreational, yet competitive, swim team that enables members to be involved in a safe, welcoming environment for summer fun.
