Emerywood Fitness Center

High Point Country Club’s Emerywood Fitness Center is currently under renovations. The new area will be over 3,000 square feet with the following amenities.

• New State of the Art Exercise Equipment.
• Dedicated Multiuse Classroom (Exercise Classes, Spin Classes, Yoga, etc.)
• Dedicated Cardio Space with floor to ceiling windows.
• Massage & Wellness Room.
• Electronic Entry System to improve safety and security.

Willow Creek Fitness Center 

High Point Country Club’s Willow Creek Fitness Center offers a wide variety of equipment, personal training and group fitness classes to help our members meet their fitness goals. The Fitness Center is open 5 AM to 11 PM for our member's convenience.
